Le Petit Manoir is a two bed roomed gite which has been renovated to high standard by it’s present owners. The gite is situated on the edge of the village of St Nicolas du Tertre and is near to the lovely towns of La Gacilly and Malestroit.

The pretty village of St Nicolas du Tertre is within walking distance and the village has a bar and restaurant should you wish a “non car” evening .

Take a leisurely walk around the pretty lake which has a play area for children or have a game of boules or tennis on the free village courts,or simply relax in your private garden. Garden has garden furniture and a BBQ.

The Gite has three floors:-

on the ground floor is a well equipped open plan kitchen diner and lounge area.

Computer with Wi-Fi connection available (or bring your own laptop if you perfer)

the first floor consists of a family bathroom with shower and bath and the main double bedroom. Hairdryer and Iron/ironing board provided.

the second floor has two single beds and has its own toilet and wash basin.

PLEASE NOTE : the second floor is accessed via a steep staircase & may be unsuitable for small children or the elderly.
