This pretty Breton stone cottage can be found in the hamlet of La Roche Landau, just outside the small village of Ruffiac , where you can find a very good bakery , chemist ,post office and small grocery shop
Set in its own private secure garden, there is a children’s swing area, bbq and patio area
The cottage consists of an open plan kitchen,dinning area & lounge.It is well equipped with washing machine,fridge,microwave & gas cooker.In the lounge there is a TV, which has English satellite viewing,video & CD player.
Upstairs there is a double bedroom, twin bedroom & shower room .
A hairdryer & iron are provided
The cottage also has a safe childrens play area with paddling pool.
